Subtitle 10. Programs for Children in Out-of-Home Placement -- Standards for Staff and System for Outcomes Evaluation

This subtitle does not apply to:

(1)

a shelter care facility or residential respite program licensed by the Department of Human Services; or

(2)

a detention center or shelter care facility operated by or under contract with the Department of Juvenile Services.
