(a)
The Review Panel shall:
(1)
analyze any instance involving a child in a pediatric overstay or an unlicensed setting; and
(2)
propose systemic improvements based on the analysis conducted in item (1) of this subsection.
(b)
On or before July 1, 2027, and each July 1 thereafter, the Review Panel shall report on the analysis conducted under this section to the General Assembly in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article.
