### Subtitle 4. Services to Children With Special Needs

#### Section 8-403

(a)

  (1) The office of chair of the Council shall rotate annually among the members of the Council appointed under Sec. 8-402(a) of this subtitle, in the order listed in that subsection.

  (2) The term of the chair is 1 year.

(b) The Office shall provide staff support for the Council.
