Subtitle 7. Residential Child Care Programs -- General Provisions

It is the intent of the General Assembly to:

(1)

improve the quality of care provided by residential child care programs;

(2)

provide the same quality of care to all children placed in residential child care programs; and

(3)

develop a system that expands services provided by residential child care programs to counties that are underserved.
