## Title 9. Juvenile Services

### Subtitle 5. Juvenile Services Education Board

#### Section 9-501

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) "Board" means the Juvenile Services Education Board.

(c) "Residential facility" means any facility listed in Sec. 9-226 of this title.

(d) "Superintendent" means the Juvenile Services Education Program Superintendent.
