### Subtitle 1. Insurance Producers

#### Section 10-132

A title insurance producer that willfully or knowingly violates Sec. 10-121 of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $50,000 or imprisonment not exceeding 1 year or both.
