## Title 10. Regulation of Insurance Professions

### Subtitle 4. Public Adjusters

#### Section 10-407

The Commissioner may adopt regulations that specify:

(1) the scope, type, conduct, and grading of the written examination; and

(2) the frequency, times, and locations within the State where the written examination will be held.
