Title 16. Life Insurance and Annuities

Subtitle 2. Life Insurance Policy Provisions

A policy of wholesale life insurance may not be delivered or issued for delivery in the State unless:

(1)

the policy contains the provisions and conforms to the requirements that the Commissioner sets by regulation; and

(2)

a copy of the form for the policy has been filed under § 12-203 of this article and approved by the Commissioner.
