## Title 26. Motor Clubs

### Subtitle 2. Licenses

#### Section 26-201

Except as provided in Sec.Sec. 10-14A-03 and 10-14B-03 of the State Government Article, a person may not provide motor club service or engage in the business of a motor club in the State unless the person meets the requirements of this title and has a license issued by the Commissioner.
