## Title 8. Entities That Act as Insurers

### Subtitle 4. Fraternal Benefit Societies

#### Section 8-410

(a) Seven or more individuals, acting as incorporators, may form a society under this subtitle.

(b)

  (1) Each incorporator of a society must be a citizen of the United States.

  (2) A majority of the incorporators must be citizens of the State.
