### Subtitle 2. Liquidation, Rehabilitation, Reorganization, and Conservation

#### Section 9-205

The Commissioner, deputy commissioner, special deputy commissioner, or any person acting as receiver in a rehabilitation, liquidation, or conservation as a result of a court order issued on or after January 1, 1985, shall have the immunity from liability described in Sec. 5-410 of the Courts Article.
