§ 2–105

Title 2. Division of Labor and Industry

Subtitle 1

In addition to any duties set forth elsewhere, the Commissioner shall:

(1)

try to promote harmony between industry and labor;

(2)

try to promote and develop the welfare of wage earners; and

(3)

accept grants of money from the federal government or any of its units or agents for a matter within the jurisdiction of the Division.
