## Title 3. Employment Standards and Conditions

### Subtitle 13. Healthy Working Families Act

#### Section 3-1310

(a) An employee may not in bad faith:

  (1) file a complaint with the Commissioner alleging a violation of this subtitle;

  (2) bring an action under Sec. 3-1308 of this subtitle; or

  (3) testify in an action under Sec. 3-1308 of this subtitle.

(b) An employee who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000.
