## Title 4. Bargaining Representatives; Labor Disputes

### Subtitle 2. Choice of Bargaining Representative

#### Section 4-214

After investigation of a consent election under Sec. 4-212 or Sec. 4-213 of this subtitle, the Mediation Service shall:

(1) prepare a report, including any recommendation, on the investigation; and

(2) serve the report on each party to the consent election.
