### Subtitle 13. Prohibited Acts; Penalties

#### Section 8-1304

A person may not, without just cause, fail or refuse to obey a subpoena issued under Sec. 8-306(c) or Sec. 8-5A-06(b) of this title if the person has the power to obey the subpoena.
