### Subtitle 13. Prohibited Acts; Penalties

#### Section 8-1306

A prosecution under Sec. 8-1301, Sec. 8-1302, or Sec. 8-1305(a) of this subtitle shall be instituted within 3 years after the date on which the offense was committed.
