### Subtitle 5. Lower Appeals Division of the Maryland Department of Labor

#### Section 8-504

The Secretary, with the advice of the chief hearing examiner, shall adopt regulations, in accordance with Sec. 10-206 of the State Government Article, to govern appeals and hearings before the hearing examiners.
