#### Section 8-621

A bill from the Secretary under Sec. 8-620 of this subtitle is final and not subject to appeal for a nonprofit organization or governmental entity unless it requests a review determination in accordance with Sec. 8-604 of this subtitle within 30 days after the bill was sent to the nonprofit organization or governmental entity.
