### Subtitle 11. Prohibited Acts; Penalties

#### Section 9-1102

An employer who knowingly fails to report an accidental personal injury within the time required under Sec. 9-707(a) of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $500.
