A county may provide for the prevention, abatement, and removal of nuisances. A county may provide for the prevention of contagious diseases in the county. A county may regulate any place where offensive trades are conducted or that may involve or give rise to unsanitary conditions or conditions detrimental to health. This title does not affect: any power or duty of the Secretary of Health or the Secretary of the Environment; or any public general law relating to health.
