## Title 11. Powers of Code Counties

### Subtitle 2. Civil Infractions

#### Section 11-203

A county may impose:

(1) for the first commission of a civil infraction, a fine not exceeding $500; and

(2) for a second or subsequent commission, a fine not exceeding $1,000 for each commission.
