## Title 13. Other Powers of Counties -- Regulatory

### Subtitle 5. Junkyards

#### Section 13-504

The rules and regulations adopted by the governing body of a county may:

(1) require that a person who maintains or operates a junkyard in the county obtain a license from the county; and

(2) specify a reasonable fee for the license.
