Title 19. Public Debt

Subtitle 2. Public Securities

(a)

Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, this part applies only to the following governmental entities:

(1)

a county;

(2)

a municipality;

(3)

a public corporation or other political subdivision of the State; or

(4)

an instrumentality or agency of a county, public corporation, or other political subdivision of the State.

(b)

This part does not apply to a housing authority under Division II of the Housing and Community Development Article.
