## Title 19. Public Debt

### Subtitle 5. Creation of Public Debt -- Code Counties

#### Section 19-506

Any bonds issued in accordance with this subtitle shall be considered investment securities as provided in Sec. 19-224 of this title and Title 8 of the Maryland Uniform Commercial Code.
