Title 19. Public Debt

Subtitle 7. Creation of Public Debt -- Public Libraries in Calvert County, Harford County, and St. Mary's County

The governing body of a county may:

(1)

issue bonds, notes, or other evidence of indebtedness to repay money borrowed under this subtitle; and

(2)

impose a tax to pay the principal of and interest on the evidences of indebtedness.
