## Title 20. Taxes and Development Impact Fees

### Subtitle 1. Tax Procedures

#### Section 20-124

A person who makes a disclosure of tax information in violation of Sec. 20-104 of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 6 months or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both.
