Title 21. Special Taxing Districts

Subtitle 2. Erosion Prevention Projects

(a)

In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b)

“District” means a taxing and assessment district.

(c)

“District council” means the governing body of a county acting as the district council for a district created under this subtitle.

(d)

“Project” means an erosion prevention project or erosion control project.
