### Subtitle 4. Municipal Special Taxing Districts

#### Section 21-416

(a) The special fund and any sinking fund established by a municipality under this part are subject to Sec. 19-102 of this article.

(b) The proceeds of bonds issued under this part are subject to Sec.Sec. 17-101 and 17-102 of this article.
