## Title 21. Special Taxing Districts

### Subtitle 5. Districts for Infrastructure Improvements for Selected Counties

#### Section 21-510

(a) The special fund and any sinking fund established by a county under this subtitle are subject to Sec. 19-102 of this article.

(b) The proceeds of bonds issued under this subtitle are subject to Sec.Sec. 17-101 and 17-102 of this article.
