## Title 22. Resilience Infrastructure

### Subtitle 1

#### Section 22-111

If multiple counties or municipalities establish a Resilience Authority:

(1) each shall be considered an incorporating local government; and

(2) the counties or municipalities shall file jointly articles of incorporation or articles of amendment in accordance with Sec. 22-102 of this subtitle.
