## Title 25. Public Watershed Associations

### Subtitle 11. Prohibited Acts

#### Section 25-1101

(a) A person may not prevent a member of the board of directors or an employee or agent of the board of directors from entering land as authorized under Sec. 25-401(c) of this title.

(b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $50.
