## Title 9. General and Administrative Provisions

### Subtitle 1

#### Section 9-101

(a) This section applies to all counties.

(b) The governing body of a county may not adopt an ordinance, a resolution, a rule, or a regulation at a meeting not open to the public, except in accordance with the Open Meetings Act.
