Subtitle 4. Tourism Zones

(a)

This section applies only to code counties and commission counties.

(b)

The county commissioners may sue and be sued.

(c)

The county commissioners may not pay a claim against the county unless:

(1)

the claim is payable by the county; and

(2)

the claimant produces legal proof of the claim.
