The Commission shall publish each year a report describing the work of the Commission for the previous year, in the detail that the Commission considers appropriate. The report required under this subsection shall include: land acquisitions; financial transactions; personnel matters; and litigation and disposition of violations. The Commission may publish pamphlets describing: the law administered by the Commission; and subdivision, zoning, and other regulations adopted or enacted by the Commission or the district councils. The Commission may charge a fee for a publication issued under this section to cover any of the cost of the publication.
