### Subtitle 4. Audit Committee

#### Section 15-403

The Audit Committee shall select and appoint:

(1) the independent certified public accountant required to audit the Commission's annual financial report under Sec. 15-115(a)(2) of this title; and

(2) the Inspector General as provided in Subtitle 5 of this title.
