<section article="glu" article_name="Land Use" number="19-101" title_number="19" title_name="Maryland-Washington Metropolitan District" subtitle_number="1"> <level label="a"> <text>The area in Montgomery County and Prince George’s County within the boundaries specified in this title is known as the Maryland–Washington Metropolitan District.</text> </level> <level label="b"> <text>The metropolitan district is the authority of the Commission for the purposes set forth in this division.</text> </level> </section> <section article="glu" article_name="Land Use" number="19-102" title_number="19" title_name="Maryland-Washington Metropolitan District" subtitle_number="1"> <text>The boundaries of the metropolitan district are the same as existed on October 1, 2012, with the exclusion of:</text> <level label="1"> <text>any property annexed into the City of Rockville, the City of Gaithersburg, or the Town of Washington Grove under Chapter 429 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 2007; and</text> </level> <level label="2"> <text>the City of Greenbelt as it existed on July 1, 2016.</text> </level> </section>
