## Title 22. Zoning

### Subtitle 1. General Provisions

#### Section 22-116

(a) A license or permit issued in violation of any provision of Sec.Sec. 22-112 through 22-115 of this subtitle is invalid.

(b) An official or person who issues a license or permit in violation of any provision of Sec.Sec. 22-112 through 22-115 of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to the penalty provided in Title 27 of this article.
