### Subtitle 5. Housing Expansion and Affordability

#### Section 7-508

Under this subtitle, the density of a qualified project may not exceed the density otherwise authorized in a district or zone located on:

(1) agricultural land, as defined in Sec. 9-206 of the Tax - Property Article; or

(2) conservation property, as defined in Sec. 8-209.1 of the Tax - Property Article.
