This subtitle applies to Allegany County.

The planning commission may consist of nine members. The term of a member of the planning commission is 5 years. The terms of two of the members of the planning commission shall be staggered. At the end of a term, a member of the planning commission continues to serve until a successor is appointed and qualifies.
