This subtitle applies to Talbot County.

In addition to the jurisdiction granted in Title 11 of this article, the legislative body of Talbot County may provide by local law for an administrative proceeding to enforce its zoning regulations. The local law may include the authority to impose civil fines and penalties for zoning violations.
