In any report issued under this title, the Department may: Include recommendations for statutory and budgetary proposals to: Promote public awareness of the benefits of conserving fisheries and wildlife in the State; and Reduce the incidence of violations of State conservation laws; and Submit the report to the Governor and, subject to § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly.
