### Subtitle 7. State Chesapeake Bay and Endangered Species Fund

#### Section 1-701

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) "Conserve", "endangered species", "nongame species", "species", and "threatened species" have the meanings stated in Sec. 10-2A-01 of this article.

(c) "Fund" means the State Chesapeake Bay and Endangered Species Fund established under Sec. 1-702 of this subtitle.

(d) "Income tax checkoff system" means the checkoff system established under Sec. 2-110 of the Tax - General Article.
