### Subtitle 2A. Land Trust Grant Fund

#### Section 3-2A-09

(a) Except as provided in this subtitle, the Trust may set the terms and conditions for grants.

(b) If the Trust decides to grant money to an applicant, the Trust shall prepare grant documents.
