#### Section 4-11A-19

Notwithstanding any other provision of this title, the Department may adopt regulations that allow taking, possession, transport, or sale of oysters, from leased oyster bottoms that are less than the minimum size limit in Sec.Sec. 4-1015 and 4-1015.1 of this title.
