### Subtitle 14. Caves

#### Section 5-1406

(a) An owner of a cave or the owner's authorized agents acting within the scope of their authority shall have the immunity from liability described under Sec. 5-804(b) of the Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article.

(b) An owner of a commercial cave shall have the immunity from liability described under Sec. 5-804(c) of the Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article.
