### Subtitle 4. Trees and Forest Nurseries

#### Section 5-413

If any owner or custodian of land from which any trees, shrubs, or boughs described in Sec. 5-412 of this subtitle are transported within the State are cut or removed, identification of the owner, custodian, or agent shall accompany the shipment.
