In developing the criteria for citizen involvement projects or corporate sponsorship projects, the Trust may consider activities that: Preserve water quality and habitat; Restore aquatic and land resources; Publish or produce educational materials on the Chesapeake Bay and other aquatic and land resources of the State; Provide educational scholarships or training; or Promote conservation programs for the Chesapeake Bay and other aquatic and land resources of the State through the media or other means. The Trust may not consider activities which advocate a political candidate or political solution.
