A person may not operate a vessel on Seneca Creek in Montgomery County at a speed in excess of 6 knots. A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 30 days or a fine of not less than $25 and not exceeding $200 or both.
