Title 10. Fireworks and Sparklers

Subtitle 1. Definitions; General Provisions

An applicant for a permit shall provide:

(1)

workers’ compensation coverage as required by the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Act; and

(2)

for operators not covered by workers’ compensation, approved accident insurance coverage in amounts that the State Fire Marshal prescribes.
