### Subtitle 6. Electrical Code

#### Section 12-606

Except as provided in Sec.Sec. 10-14A-03 and 10-14B-03 of the State Government Article, a person shall be certified by the State Fire Marshal as a nongovernmental electrical inspector before the person inspects or certifies an electrical installation.
